The prices include use of ; (10:00am 'till 10:00pm)
 If you have ever been to Mardi Gras, you'll recognize the value and opportunity.
 1) The Bourbon Street Balcony facilities,
      Best location on Bourbon Street for Mardi Gras FREE
    Other "balconies" charge $75 per hour and do not include the DRINKS & FREEBIES
 2) an "open bar", Beer, Liquor and Hurricanes , etc.
    (Mardi Gras Prices = $ 8.00-$14.00 per drink in regular bars ...FREE )
 3) food buffet and all necessary staff. FREE
4) clean restrooms, cleaned every 20 minutes....
     French Quarter clubs charge $5 or a 1 drink min.  to use their bathroom
    this speaks for itself, especially for the ladies FREE
5) Mardi Gras Beads, both to wear and to throw. FREE
     bought in French Quarter = approx. $ .99 to $9.99 a strand---all included in price
 6) Special Contests with Cash Prices- TBA
 7) OUR TOTAL COST, including all items, logistics expenses, prizes for contests, etc = $23,500 (estimate)
